Petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.08.2016 in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 69 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 47(a), 53(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Four litres country made liquor was, allegedly, recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Be that as it may, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Udakishunganj (Madhepura)/Successor Court in connection with
