2. The present application has been preferred for issuing a rule of contempt against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 16.05.2024, passed by this Court in CWJC No. 2578 of 2024.

3. Though the matter has come under the heading 'office notes', Mr. Bajarangi Lal representing the Municipal Corporation, Sasaram has taken this Court to the show cause filed on behalf of the said opposite party (Annexure-R-3/E of

Patna High Court MJC No.1171 of 2025(2) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 the petition) to show that the Municipal Commissioner took up the matter and vide a reasoned order, the same has been disposed of communicated to the petitioner vide memo no. 1875 dated 12.06.2025. The copy has also been served upon him on 19.07.2025.

4. In that background and since the order has been passed, the case stands disposed of. However, this Court would like to put on record its anguish on the part of the concerned opposite party, the office of the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram that an order has been passed in which the case number has not been incorporated and the petitioner had to run from the pillar to post to get the number unsuccessfully.
