JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to select/appoint the petitioner in government job as per their qualification, who are trained unemployed and to whom the government were paying unemployment allowance at the rate of Rs. 50/- per month in the light of provisions of scheme named as Bihar Unemployed Token Allowance Scheme, 198182 under resolution no. 3598 dated 14.08.1981 and the government provided them training of Gram

Patna High Court CWJC No.3353 of 2015(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 Raksha Dal, Forestry etc. and these petitioners have got training of Gram Raksha Dal but till date petitioners have not been selected and the Government has also stopped the payment of allowance and now they became unemployed and facing hardships."

In case the petitioners are still aggrieved, liberty is granted to them to approach the concerned respondent authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
