Petitioners seek bail in connection with Darihat P.S. Case No. 9 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and section 40(1) of the Bihar Mining Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. As a matter of fact, the petitioners are only the drivers of the vehicles and they only followed the instructions of their respective vehicle owners. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent and are in custody since 06.02.2019.

Case No. 9 of 2019.
