This application for regular bail arises out of Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 28 of 2020, disclosing offences punishable under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act. From the petitioner's possession one country made pistol, one empty cartridge and one knife was allegedly recovered.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody since 03.02.2020. He does not have any criminal antecedent. He has further submitted that considering the nature of allegation, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence by the petitioner, if he is allowed regular bail.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 28 of 2020.
