2. The petitioner is challenging the order dated 04.10.2016 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Araria in Araria P.S. Case No. 818 of 2014 by which the cognizance has been taken against the petitioner.

3. The order dated 04.10.2016 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner has been challenged in the year 2024.

4. In the opinion of this Court, this application cannot be entertained on the ground of delay and laches.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with
