Petitioner seeks bail in Rahui P.S. Case No.352 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

29 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that petitioner is in jail since 06.11.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned VIth Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No.352 of 2018.
