Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kahalgaon P.S.Case No. 500 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 447, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State would submit that since the petitioner is a juvenile as he is aged about 17 years and the alleged offence is not a heinous offence, hence, there is no question of his apprehending arrest. The case of the petitioner may be considered at the Juvenile Justice Board and the present application for grant of anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
