2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 25 of 2000 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of killing the deceased along with other persons. The name of the petitioner has surfaced during the investigation and he is accused in 11 more cases out of which eight cases are of murder.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2024.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby dismissed.
