Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.03.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85650 2019, by which the petitioner was granted regular bail. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 19.03.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 85650 2019, the petitioner was granted regular bail by the coordinate Bench. He has submitted further that the real name of the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27030 of 2022(2) dt.01-07-2022 2/2 Mithlesh Sahani, as such, the bail petition was filed mentioning the petitioner as Mithlesh Sahani, but he was remanded by the name of Mithlesh Kumar and due to that, the learned court below is not accepting his bail bond.

The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer to add alias name of the petitioner as Mithlesh Kumar. Prayer is allowed. The name of petitioner Mithlesh Sahani shall be read as Mithlesh Sahani alias Mithlesh Kumar. With these observations, this criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
