In the present application, a prayer has been made for issuance of a writ of mandamus for arresting the accused persons in relation to Shastrinagar P.S.Case No. 625 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 504, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(ix) & (x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

I have perused the First Information Report. The petitioner is neither the informant nor an accused of Shastrinagar

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.995 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 P.S.Case No.625 of 2014. In that view of the matter, he has got no locus standi in the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
