This M.J.C. application has been filed for restoration of Second Appeal No. 19 of 2011, which was dismissed for default for non compliance of the peremptory order dated 02.07.2012 passed by this Court.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this M.J.C. application is allowed and Second Appeal No. 19 of 2011 is restored to its original file. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he will remove the defects within two weeks, which have not been removed.

Permission is accorded.
