JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite repeated calls, no body appears on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Barouli P.S.Case No. 155 of 2016 registered under Sections 401, 413, 414, 411, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the professional nature of crime in which the name of the petitioner transpired during investigation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this Court.
