====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 28-06-2017 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, once the Managing Director passed an order rejecting the claim of the petitioner merely personal hearing of the petitioner was not granted, I am not inclined to initiate action for contempt. In case, the petitioner has any grievance with regard to rejection of his claim, he may challenge the same in accordance with law, but on account of non-grant of personal hearing, it is not a fit case where action for contempt can be initiated.
