The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sachivalaya P.S.Case No.155 of 2018 registered for an offence under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 30.09.2018 the informant got an information that his cousin brother Manoj Rai was killed and after getting the information, he came to Patna and found that Manoj Rai sustained head injury and bleeding was oozing from his nose and ear.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the death of the deceased was caused on PCC road and not from the house of the petitioner. It is further submitted that save and

It is also submitted that there is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is a lady and aged about 45 years and no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 01.10.2018.

In the view of the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-II-cum-ACJM, Patna in connection with Sachivalaya P.S.Case No.155 of 2018.
