The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goraul (Kartaha O.P.) P.S. Case No.110 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 32(ii) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.
2439.720 litres of illicit liquor was recovered from three vehicles i.e. truck, pickup van and Omni car. The petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused.
Considering the huge recovery of the illicit liquor, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

If he does not surrender in the court below within two weeks from today, the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur will take steps for arrest of the petitioner.
