The petitioner seeks bail in Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 755 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 360 liters of Royal Stag was recovered from the abandoned house. The petitioner was standing there that is why petitioner has been implicated in the case. The house does not belong to the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge,
