The present writ application has been filed for a direction upon the authority to grant the ACP and MACP benefit and thereafter revise the pay and pension of the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed a representation before the Registrar of Bhupendra Mandal University, Madhepura, but till date, no order has been passed.

Considering this fact, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.3 within a period of two weeks and the respondent no.3 is well advised to pass a reasoned and speaking order, after hearing the petitioner or his counsel, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

It is made clear that if an order is not passed within the stipulated period, the respondent no.3 shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of the order of this Court. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U
