2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58376 of 2022 with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one year has already been lapsed. From perusal of the Trial Court's report dated 05.04.2024, it appears that there are total six charge-sheet prosecution witnesses but till date only four witnesses have been examined so far. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2020 and there is no

Having considered the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II, Masaurhi in connection with Punpun P.S.
