====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2025 Heard Mr. Prabhat Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with D.R.I(N.D.P.S) Case No. 35 of 2021 arising out of Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 261 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act and Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the allegation made in F.I.R., half kilogram of Charas was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected twice and now the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail by filing the present bail application. Learned

5. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

6. However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for regular bail after a period of six months.

7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
