No. 2514 of 1999 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 05.01.2000.

It is indicated that the counsel representing the petitioner Sri. R.C. Sharma was sick and outstation at Deoghar when the matter was taken up on 05.01.2000 but he has telephonically informed to one other counsel to take steps but the other counsel could not appear to take steps when the matter was called for.

Keeping in view the reasons indicated in the application, the application for restoration of M.J.C. No. 2514 of 1999 is allowed.

Accordingly, M.J.C. No. 2514 of 1999 is restored to its original file.
