The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 10.10.2014 passed by the Magadh Regional Transport Authority, Gaya and the proceeding on 17.10.2014 by which the permanent permit alongwith timetable for the route Jehanabad to Sonbhadra via Kurtha and one additional trip Jehanabad to Barkagaon via Kurtha has been rejected.

3. In view of subsequent developments the matter will be cut short as the petitioner has now applied afresh on

Patna High Court CWJC No.741 of 2015 dt.14-08-2015 07.01.2015 for requisite permits to ply his bus on the route in question according to the revised proposed timetable enclosed with the application.

4. With the consent of parties, the writ petition is being disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid application of petitioner expeditiously and preferably with a period of two weeks from the date of receipt and/or production of a copy of this order. It is made clear that pending disposal of the petitioner's application by the Respondent No. 3, the petitioner shall be permitted to ply his vehicles on all routes under valid permits, except the trip from Jehanabad to Sonbhadra at 9:30 A.M.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
