JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by a judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court rendered in the case of Mukesh Kumar & Anr. vs. The State of Bihar & Others, reported in 2017 (5) SCC 383, hence, the respondent no.7 be directed to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the said judgment and take a decision within specified time frame.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.7 by

Patna High Court CWJC No.7917 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 filing a representation, annexing the aforesaid judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court rendered in the case of Mukesh Kumar (supra), within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed of by a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks thereafter by the respondent no.7.
