The Petitioners apprehends their arrest in C.R. No. 977 of 2016 bearing T.R. No. 4243 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120B and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have committed no offence and have been falsely implicated in this case. The present case is counter case of Arer P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014. The petitioners have also got no criminal antecedent.

No.22744 of 2017 (2) dt.05-06-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Samastipur in connection with C.R. No. 977 of 2016 bearing T.R. No. 4243 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
