Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.571 of 2018, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

18 liters of country made Nepali liquor is alleged to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 15.10.2018. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Excise Case No.571 of 2018.
