JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 255 liters prepared country made liquor and 375 semi prepared country made liquor and other articles were recovered from the hut of the petitioner but admittedly, neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.06.2016 and he does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No. 77 of 2016.
