The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Lakhisarai P. S. Case No. 624 of 2014 registered under Sections 420, 468, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case arises out of complaint which was referred to the police for investigation under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is submitted that the petitioner has not received any amount from the informant in lieu of selling the tractor. It is further submitted that none of the ingredients of the offence alleged is attracted in the present

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Considering the nature of the offence and the submission made above, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai P. S. Case No. 624 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
