The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 300 of 2019 dated 23.08.2019 instituted for offence Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The recovery of incriminating materials is from one Bilash Mahto, whose house was raided. The name of the petitioner has been taken by the aforesaid Bilash Mahto. He is in custody since 20.09.2019 and out of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25912 of 2020(2) dt.12-10-2020 2/2 two cases, in which he was earlier made accused, he has been granted bail in one of the cases.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his period of custody in this case, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M -XI, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 300 of 2019.
