One mobile set and registration card of ownership of the vehicle were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner and several other persons were caught by the informant and other police officers and one Indigo vehicle and other articles were seized.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Abu Abid and Md. Kamal have already been granted privilege of bail but the learned court below rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner only on the basis of suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45497 of 2016 (2) dt.19-10-2016 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S.Case No.280 of 2016.
