This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the order dated 11.01.2013 passed in Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 29 of 2011, whereunder the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada took the cognizance of the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 307 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act against the petitioners on perusal of the materials available on the case diary differing with the Final Form submitted by the I.O of this case. On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty
