It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the Chairman, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna, be directed as to take a decision in the present case in light of the order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 3533-3595 of 1995 dated 02.01.2017.

The respondent no. 4, the Chairman, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna, is directed to take a necessary decision in

Patna High Court CWJC No.6022 of 2000 (7) dt.14-09-2017 2/2 respect of approval of services of the petitioner in terms of the order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 3533-3595 of 1995 dated 02.01.2017 as expeditiously. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
