The Petitioners seek bail in Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.221 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that the petitioners are not named in the First Information Report and they have been arrested on suspicion. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioners and no Test Identification Parade has been held. The written report is against unknown. It is alleged that PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Mobiles were snatched from the Informant. Besides confessional statement of the petitioners, there is nothing against them as appears from the impugned order. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1303 of 2017 (2) dt.02-02-2017 2/2 petitioners are in custody since 06.10.2016.
In such circumstances, let the Petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jawed Ahmad, ACJM-cum-Sub Judge VI, Patna, in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.221 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
