Poonam Kumari Singh, learned CGC of the respondent Union of India. Learned counsel for the respondent bank seeks permission to make necessary correction in Paragraph no.4 of the counter affidavit.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10189 of 2021 dt.20-12-2022 2/2 Mr. Choudhary, learned counsel for the respondent Bank at the outset submits that after death of the erstwhile employee on 10.11.2020, the bank has processed the proposal of family pension on receipt of the application filed by the petitioner and after processing the same, the amount has been credited into the petitioner's account w.e.f 18.12.2021.

The assertion of the respondent bank has not been denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 5 and 6, the present writ application stands disposed of.
