2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner alongwith other coaccused persons have kidnapped daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. During investigation, the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C., has specifically stated that she fled away with this petitioner with her own sweat will and thereafter, she solemnised marriage with him.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C., in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Matiyari P.S. Case No. 33 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
