No.149 of 2012 The aforesaid Interlocutory Application has been filed for substitution of legal heirs in place of the petitioner, Raj Kumar Rai who died on 14.11.2011, leaving behind wife namely, Ravina Devi, and two minor sons namely, Amit Kumar and Abhishek Kumar.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I.A. No. 149 of 2012 is allowed and learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to substitute Ravina Devi wife of original petitioner and Amit Kumar and Abhishek Kumar sons of original petitioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.8225 of 2000 (5) dt.14-09-2017 2/2 under the guardianship of their mother named Ravina Devi, in course of the day.

Re.: C.W.J.C. No. 8225 of 2000:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

Vide order dated 24.09.2008, this Court had directed that the present writ application be listed after disposal of L.P.A. No. 1028 of 2007.

As per the office note dated 13.09.2017, it has been pointed out that the said L.P. A. No. 1028 of 2007 has been disposed of vide order dated 29.08.2017.

The present writ application stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 29.08.2017 passed by this Court in L.P. A. No. 1028 of 2007.
