No. 6365 of 2014, whereby cognizance has been taken against the accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.338 of 2015 (8) dt.23-02-2016 2/2 persons, including the petitioner, under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
