Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 386 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 364/307/326/323/379/448/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to move this Court for regular bail after framing of the charge.

Prayer is allowed.

In view of the above, the application stands disposed of.
