This is an application for issuance of writ to quash the memo no.203 dated 14.03.2024 issued by the Headmaster, Government Middle School, Gausaghat, Darbhanga Sadar and also to quash Letter No.233 dated 13.03.2024 issued by the Programme Officer-cum-Block Education Officer, Darbhanga Sadar on production of the same by the respondents in this case and further to direct the respondents to deleted the name of the petitioner from the Supplementary List of School Teacher

Patna High Court CWJC No.5146 of 2024(3) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 Allotment of Teachers in TRE-1 (Teachers Recruitment Phase1) dated 13.02.2024 in which the petitioner's name has been wrongly placed.

After some arguments, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will file an appeal before the respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks, along with all the documents in support of her claim.

He also submits that one post is still vacant in the said school.

The respondent shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks', after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a speaking and reasoned order by considering that one post is still vacant in the said school and status quo shall be maintained against the petitioner.
