JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about three years of the marriage for nonfulfilment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that learned court below called for a report from the investigating agency where it was found that the victim was suffering from diarrhea and she was given medical assistance also. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1465 of 2015 (2) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 520 of 2012 pending in the court of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
