The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Laheria Sarai P. S. Case No. 27 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 384, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Keeping in mind the nature of allegation made by the informant in the FIR registered inter alia under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

However, in case the petitioner surrenders and
