Patna High Court MJC No.1163 of 2025(3) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 order dated 28.03.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. no. 14882/2023 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy, whereby the Hon'ble court has disposed writ petition with direction to petitioner to approach Certificate officer who shall dispose the certificate case within a period of nine months. The Hon'ble Court also allowed the petitioner to approach the Collector, Sheohar for other grievances within one month and the Collector shall dispose the representation at the earliest."
