Petitioner seeks bail in Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that three days back informant got information from her maternal grand daughter that her daughter, namely, Panchia Devi is traceless. On 08.04.2014, son-in-law of informant informed her that dead body of Pachia Devi is lying in the maize field. Thereafter informant reached there and found dead body of her daughter in the maize field lying in decomposed condition. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. His name has come

Petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Purnea, in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
