Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21933 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 punishable under Sections 406 and 498A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made above, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
