The petitioner seeks bail in Bihar P.S. case No. 196 of 2018 registered under Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he got secret information that Amirak Kewat and Rudal Kewat, the petitioner, accused of Bihar P.S. case No. 194 of 2018 were going towards Chakdilabar. On such, both were arrested and from the possession of petitioner one country made pistol and one cartridge were recovered. From the possession of Amirak Kewat one loaded country made pistol and cartridges were recovered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Amirak Kewat has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66184 of 2018. The petitioner is in jail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75238 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 since 24.05.2018. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the lime amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. case No. 196 of 2018.
