Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379, 411, 414, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Two FIR named accused were arrested by police and the aforesaid accused stated that they used to commit theft of motorcycles and after committing theft of motorcycles, they used to keep the said motorcycles in the house of the petitioner. On the basis of the aforesaid disclosure, house of the petitioner was raided and in front of the house of the petitioner, three motorcycles were seized but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that one motorcycle belongs to Pradeep Kumar who happens to be Sarhu of the petitioner and so far as rest two motorcycles are concerned, as a matter of fact, the aforesaid motorcycles had not been recovered in front of the house of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40275 of 2016 (2) dt.27-09-2016 Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 16.4.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S. Case no. 184/2016. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
