The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amba P.S. Case No.145 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 366-A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 4, 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl and committed rape upon her.

The petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2023 having clean antecedent.

From the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that the

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, VI-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Aurangabad, in connection with Amba P.S. Case No.145 of 2023.
