Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, various sections of the Arms Act and section 3/ 4 of the Explosive Substance Act. One country made loaded katta along with one live cartridge and Rs 4,000/- are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner when the petitioner and others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity at the Dalan of one Bhola Singh. Firearms and other articles are said to have been recovered from the possession of other accused. Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.8.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
