2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 303(2), 109, 333, 352, 351(3) and 3/5 of the BNS and subsequently added Section 103(1) of the BNS.
3. Allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused persons is to have assaulted the informant as well as the family members of the informant in which, father of the informant was severely injured and during course of treatment, he died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24345 of 2026(3) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2024 and several other co-accused persons have already been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and also the fact that the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by Hon'ble Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal(Crl.)No(s) 14074 of 2025 vide Annexure-8 of the present petition.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts as well as the fact that the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by Hon'ble Apex Court and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of this petitioner, so I am not inclined to grant regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby again rejected.
