No doubt, earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioenr was rejected by this Court but Annexure-3 series to this petition goes to show that having more or less similar allegation, several co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned III Additional Session Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Session trial no. 97 of 2016 arising out of Bettiah Manuapul P.S.Case No. 404 of 2015.
