The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 685 of 2015 registered under Sections 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation as also the fact that having roots in the society, the petitioner is not likely to flee from justice, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
